Our digital CNC cutting machine provides comprehensive solutions for cutting and grooving various shapes in polyester fiber PET felt acoustic panels, foam, and other insulation materials. The standard effective working area is 1600mm × 2500mm (customizable), specifically designed for processing polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels.
The system features automated oscillating cutting tools and beveling tools capable of creating grooves at four standard angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°). Both tool types switch automatically, enabling complete cutting and grooving operations in a single pass for polyester fiber PET acoustic foam panels.
