Our advanced system begins by importing pattern files requiring line drawing. The software automatically recognizes and matches shoe upper contours, ensuring perfect alignment accuracy.
Once imported, the system automatically generates separate pattern pieces for all shoe sizes including size 35, size 36, size 37, and beyond. The selection panel displays all imported pattern pieces, allowing easy selection of any size to view corresponding cut pieces.
Operators can select multiple sizes simultaneously - such as 35, 36, 37, and 38 - to perform batch line drawing operations. Alternatively, individual sizes like size 35 can be selected independently, with seamless switching between sizes for drawing adjustments.
The simple and intuitive interface enables complete process execution with minimal clicks, streamlining workflow efficiency.

Machine Technical Features
Fully automatic assembly line operation requires only one operator for material loading (automatic loading device available as optional equipment). The complete system comprises three stations: loading area, inkjet processing area, and drying/unloading area, each with an effective working range of 1200mm * 900mm.
The inkjet processing area features a grid-shaped pneumatic press screen that flattens cut pieces, while camera recognition software includes grid elimination functionality. High-precision industrial cameras enable intelligent shoe upper recognition, allowing mixed loading of different upper types with software-based automatic recognition and precise positioning.
The inkjet head utilizes X-Y gantry motion technology with single or dual head configurations available. Imported servo-driven modules ensure fast operation, high precision, and low failure rates. High-frequency, high-speed inkjet heads produce extremely fine spraying dots and are compatible with various disappearing and fluorescent inks.
Pneumatic inkjet heads include pneumatic lifting functionality, while the collection platform comes standard with integrated drying systems. Suitable for inkjet marking applications across all shoe upper material types.
